Yes, some of the work will be outsourced. I’ll guarantee the quality, make sure the SOP is tidy and all set-up, and run my side of the operations so that you won’t have to spend energy on certain projects.

My past clients were mostly from Onlinejobs.ph and Upwork. This doesn’t really count because I was more of a freelancer/employee. Right now, as an agency there’s only one that counts.
